Dallas Taco Bell Manager Dumped Boiling Water on 2 Black Female Customers After Refusing to Correct Order
Taco Bell is being sued for $1 million in damages, after a manager poured boiling hot water on a woman and her 16-year-old niece. The customers complained about a $31 order that was incorrect and the employees refused to correct the order.

I had a situation at Arby’s Restaurant on Fri. February 4, 2022. I went through the drive through, ordered 2 sliders w/roast beef, shred lettuce, tomatoes and mayo top and bottom of the buns. Note: I don’t care where I go, I order it the same way. I also, ordered 2 cherry turnover pies. My order came up to $8.00 and some change. Then I pulled up to the window. A young lady came to the window, I paid. Then the young lady handed me my bag, as I was checking the contents of the bag I noticed my sandwich was made incorrectly and she gave me condiments I had not ordered. I got the young lady’s attention and informed her that I did not request these condiments and tried to give them back to her as well as my sandwich for them to make over. She slammed the sliding window in my face and I inadvertently dropped the condiments on the ground. Then another person came to the window (in which I thought was the Mgr. And as it turns out I was correct). She proceeded to say to me “Since you don’t know how to act I’m not giving you anything “. I replied, “You’re not giving me anything! I paid for my order”! Then they disappeared and as I was waiting for someone to come back to the window or even walk in that path! I started looking for cooperates phone number by way of Google. I looked up and the Dearborn Police was pulling in the driveway (I said to myself, “No this chick didn’t call the police on me! I know she had to lie to get them here). The first officer asked me to pull out of the drive thru and pull to the side. I followed his request. He asked me what happened, I informed him of what transpired. Then I inquired what had he been told for them to come out? He informed me that they had been told that I was loud and belligerent and I thrown food at the window! I asked the officer do you see any food on that window? He replied, “No I do not see any food on the window “. I then informed him all that I did was drop those condiments that I did not request . I asked do you see them on the ground? He said, “yes I see those on the ground “. I was informed by those officers that I was issued a trespass and that if I ever go to that Arby’s again I would be arrested on site! I informed those officers that that manager and employees called them out there on a LIE! I did nothing! I have more details but I would greatly appreciate your expertise in this matter. I was humiliated, embarrassed and more importantly so glad that I was not murdered on the strength of LIE by the Dearborn Police Department! I believe the employees should be fired and Arby’s should be sued for hiring people that would falsely lie on a patron of Arby’s to possibly cause their death in a climate such as the one we live in today!
